Since 1955, Timber Lane Swim Club has been THE place where families living in Shellburne, Carrcroft, Liftwood, Liftwood Estates, Normandy Manor, Gristmill Woods and beyond go to relax! Generations of families have spent their summers swimming in the pool, grilling dinner with friends, and building friendships that last a lifetime. Whether you are returning to Timber Lane after spending your childhood her or this is your first experience, we are confident that you will create many of the same exciting memories so many others have in the past.
Timber Lane has the only baby pool in North Wilmington that opens at 9:00 AM Monday-Friday. This is the perfect feature for members as it allows parents who want to get their little ones to the pool for exercise and entertainment prior to lunch and an afternoon nap. Also, it is a wonderful way to meet local families with children your child’s age. Additionally, these morning hours allow siblings to play and keep cool while their brother or sister is making friends and having fun at the morning swim team practice.
Could you imagine arriving to your pool and being unable to find a chair for you to lounge in? Or needing to bring your own chair to the pool? Timber Lane doesn’t have those problems; just show up, pick a chaise and enjoy some sun!
